The Controller makes every effort from a legal, technical, and organizational perspective to protect all personal data received from you and used by the Controller to the greatest possible extent.

All personal data held by the Controller is stored and processed in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

The Controller does not process personal data other than those obtained directly from the User. The Controller makes every effort to ensure that data necessary for the proper functioning of the customer account is not collected in a burdensome way and that you provide only the data necessary to fully use all account functions.

Your data is used by the Controller for the following purposes:

  • sending newsletters (for persons who have given consent) – based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – until consent is withdrawn,
  • promotion and advertising of the Controller’s Partners’ products (for persons who have given consent and only within its scope) – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – until consent is withdrawn,
  • handling purchases made through the online store, including delivery and complaint handling, as well as tax and accounting obligations – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – until claims expire,
  • ensuring security and proper functioning of the website and customer account – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – for the period necessary,
  • responding to inquiries not directly related to orders – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
  • monitoring user activity for content optimization – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
  • pursuing legitimate interests of the Controller – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR or legal obligation Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

One of the methods of processing is profiling, meaning we may create preference profiles and adjust displayed content accordingly.

If you consented to profiling, automated decisions may be made (e.g., personalized discounts).

You may withdraw consent at any time.

Your data is stored for the period necessary to fulfill processing purposes and legal obligations.

You may consent to receiving commercial information electronically. This consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.

  • courier companies and Polish Post,
  • external suppliers,

Data will not be transferred outside the EEA.
